- The price includes people, a car parking spot, water, gas and power.
- All our rentals are non-smoking places.
- Booking fees: 9.50€ to 19,50€.
- Journey tax rate : 0.50€ per day per person (18 years old and more).
- Eco-tax extra.
- 1 deposit of 300€ need to be delivered when arriving ( by credit card)
- A 30% account needs to be paid at booking.
- The rest of the amount must be paid 1 month before the arrival.
- Cancellation insurance : 3.5 % of your stay’s price.
- If you chose not to take the cancellation insurance, refund will not be possible.
Extras
- Sheets rental : 8 to 12€/bed/stay.
- Cleaning service : 65€
- Baby kit rental : 6€/night.
- Visitor: 6€/day (no access to the swimming-pool).
